What this site collects, why it is collected, and how to ask us to remove it.
The enquiry, callback and quote forms collect the details you type into them: name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message. On the quote form we also record the product and quantity you select. This is used to answer your enquiry and prepare pricing.
Form entries are transmitted to our own enquiry inbox so that our sales team can respond. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
This site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and a Meta Pixel. These services may set cookies and record standard signals such as pages visited, referring site, device type and approximate region, which we use to understand which products attract interest.
Callback scheduling also stores a short-lived marker in your browser's local storage so that repeated submissions within a minute are throttled. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings, or by using the opt-out tools provided by Google and Meta.
The contact section embeds a Google Maps frame. When the frame loads, Google receives your IP address as part of serving the map.
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship, follow up on orders and meet accounting requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask what we hold. Write to info@marfanisteels.com and we will action the request within thirty days.
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we ask that you do not send payment card details or other sensitive financial information through these forms.
If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page. Material changes are noted here with the date they take effect.
